What is an Awakening Retreat?

An Awakening Retreat is a space specially created for intense internal changes. Participation in the retreat launches powerful natural processes of purification and awakening. This allows you to get a personal experience of being in the deep present moment and a clearer view of reality.

There’s total silence, no access to gadgets, the daily routine is scheduled by the minute. This helps us focus 100% of your attention on the practice, allowing for the deepest immersion.

A place in Georgia mountains, which is surrounded by beautiful nature.
 We invite you to immerse yourself in the nature of self-awareness, where you can calm your mind, heal your body, get rid of stress, feel joy and peace. This retreat is for those who is striving for spiritual development and ready to take actions toward this goal. Our methodology will allow you to get on a higher level of consciousness in a short period of time and change your perception of reality. Get unforgettable experience of total present moment and inner stillness. We will share our powerful techniques which lead to awakening and further transformation.

Books, magazines, phones, laptops, and other gadgets are handed over upon arrival.

After passing the retreat you get an opportunity to learn Paradanta Meditation - a unique technique for unlocking your potential.

You must have comfortable clothes for exercise and a notebook with a pen

Follow the daily routine and follow all the recommendations of the instructors

Be ready for internal discipline and work on yourself

Exclude the use of alcohol and cigarettes at least 5 days before the retreat, during, and 5 days after it

Meals are only on schedule

Switch to a vegan diet at least 5 days before the retreat, during, and 5 days after it

Comply with the silence mode (no listening to music, watching movies and videos, reading books, intimate relationships) at least 5 days before the retreat, during, and 5 days after it

Pre-registration for the retreat is required
